OK, I won't assume that everyone out there is an animation person, so - in brief - back in the old days, cartoons were made by laying clear cellulose acetate plastic sheets with the characters painted on them over backgrounds. Each "cel" had a slightly different pose than the last, and cels photographed in sequence on film gave the illusion of movement.

The actual animted production cels from Rubik are - as far as I know - no longer in existence, but I've found a place that has a few of the model cels made for main characters and minor characters and props from specific shows. I won't make any claims as to how rare, special, or unique any of these are, but they're pretty cool!

Have fun looking!
